Meditation at The Center For Religion And Advanced Spiritual Studies is A Wonder-ful Opportunity to be with the Divine in you; to Learn to Allow Inner Quiet and to let go of stress - with Special Opportunities to release negativity; send Healing and Blessings to others and to ask for personal Clarity and Guidance in your life and, most importantly, to be with and as the Spirit you are. 

Instruction for beginners is provided.

After attending this Meditation you receive the Instructions needed to do The Meditation Of The Light Of The Most High at home.

Individuals 16 years of age and over who can concentrate may attend.

If attending in person at the New York City Home Center, there is no need to RSVP and please feel free to bring friends, family, loved ones, colleagues.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR ATTENDANCE

• Meditation is free of charge with a Suggested Donation of $5
• Please arrive 15-20 minutes before start time as doors close promptly five minutes before Meditation begins
• Please refrain from wearing any perfumes, scented oils, hair sprays, gels, fresh nail polish or remover, colognes, aftershaves or other chemicals ​ ​
• Proof of vaccination within two years or proof of a negative Covid test within 24 hours is required to enter. If you have taken public transportation within 72 hours proof of a negative Covid test is required to enter. ​
• If you live or are within 50 miles of the Home Center, please attend in person

You may Participate in any individual Sunday Event but are highly encouraged to participate in the entire Program ​

Location: 177 East 87th Street (btw Third and Lexington Aves.), Suite #204

• Mondays 7:30-8:30 pm (please arrive between 7:05 pm and 7:20 pm ET.)
• Wednesdays 6:10-7:10 pm (please arrive between 5:45 and 6:00 PM ET) -except first Wednesday of each month when Dr. Lane Gives a monthly Talk/Satsang
• Thursdays 6:10-7:10 pm (please arrive between 5:45 and 6:00 PM ET)
• 2nd Sunday of each month 10:30-11:30 am (followed by Tools For Living Free Reading and Discussion from 12 noon-1 pm and The Teachings Study Group from 3-4 pm) 
• ​Last Sunday of each month 10:30 am-12:30 pm (followed by a Video Showing and Discussion from 1-2 pm)
